Welcome
Who wouldn't want this? At last, just re-charge your spiritual battery and let your soul relax! That is exactly the aim of the Joyce Meyer Conference. We'd love to welcome you to join us and to experience God in a new way.
Be inspired!

Joyce Meyer's practical and down-to-earth teaching will encourage you to not let life's difficulties get you down, but instead, to be joyful in adversity and to grow in faith.
Learn to laugh again
Enjoy Joyce's humorous and direct way of helping people to understand a positive approach to every-day life and every-day application of the Bible.
Enjoy God's presence
During the times of praise and worship (led by Hillsong London) you'll be able to experience the presence of God, pour out your heart before him, and experience how he draws you close.
Discover the beautiful Swiss city of Basel
Use the time between the services to take in both the old and new sights of the beautiful city of Basel.
Join us in the St.Jakobshalle!
Services
Date, time and place of the Joyce Meyer Conference:
Friday 13th and Saturday 14th November 2009
St.Jakobshalle in Basel (Switzerland), Brüglingstrasse 19-21
There will be three services, each approx. 2 hours in length:
Friday 13th November, 7pm
Saturday 14th November, 10am and 4pm
Admission is free! The conference will be conducted in English and German. There will be a simultaneous French translation. Those wishing to take advantage of this should enquire at the entrance about the required headphones for the translation. A deposit for the headphones will be necessary.
Praise and worship will be led by the Hillsong London team. What can we expect? The most important message ever - packed into modern worship music - sometimes rock, sometimes softer - presented by passionate young musicians, devoted to God.
Everyone is warmly invited just to come along and be there Ð without any prior registration and without any conference fees. Opportunity will be given during the conference to make a donation.
The meetings will have separate themes so it is more than worthwhile attending even just once.
There will be NO seating reservations. The doors will be opened approximately 2 hours prior to each meeting. That should give everyone enough time to find a seat (please do not reserve seats for more than 3 people) and to have a lengthy browse at the English and German book stalls. We shall be exhibiting the extensive range of Joyce Meyer literature, CDs and DVDs.
Wheelchair users and those who are otherwise physically disadvantaged should report to the information desk in the entrance hall regarding their special seating area. There will be NO child care. There will be various snack-bars available at the venue.
We will keep you up to date by way of the (German) monthly newsletter (order here) and the website once further information is available.

Hotels
In co-operation with "Basel Tourismus" (Basel Tourist Information Centre), we have been able to arrange some special rates with some of the local hoteliers for conference attendants, from 13th to 15th November 2009. It really is advisable to book early as there are only a certain amount of hotel rooms available at this special rate.
Anyone who books a hotel room in Basel will receive a "Mobility Ticket" upon arrival at the hotel (this ticket is for the usage of public transport in zones 10/11 and the Europort). Your printed confirmation of your hotel reservation is regarded as a valid, provisional "Mobility Ticket" on your day of arrival at the hotel.
